1. Your Relationship With Us

Welcome to VBZ.GG (the "Platform"). You are reading the terms of service (the "Terms"), which govern the relationship and serve as an agreement between you and us and set forth the terms and conditions by which you may access and use the Platform and our related websites, services, applications, products, and content (collectively, the "Services").

2. Web3 Features and Digital Assets

2.1 Blockchain Integration

The Platform integrates with the Solana and Ethereum blockchains to enable various web3 features, including but not limited to video tokenization, NFT creation, and digital asset trading.

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and VBZ has no ability to reverse any transactions.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
  • VBZ is not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain network issues, high gas fees, or failed transactions.

2.2 Video Tokenization

Users may tokenize their original video content on either the Solana or Ethereum blockchain.

  • Represent that you own or have the rights to tokenize the content.
  • Grant purchasers of your tokenized content the rights specified in the smart contract.
  • Understand that once content is tokenized, it cannot be "untokenized."
  • Acknowledge that VBZ takes a platform fee from tokenization proceeds.

3. Accepting the Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with VBZ, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them.

4. Changes to the Terms

We amend these Terms from time to time, particularly when we update the functionality of our Services, implement new blockchain features, or when there are regulatory changes.

5. Your Account with Us

To access or use some of our Services, you must create an account with us. When you create this account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

6. Your Access to and Use of Our Services

Your access to and use of the Services is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

  • Access or use the Services if you are not fully able and legally competent to agree to these Terms.
  • Make unauthorized copies, modify, adapt, or reverse engineer the Services.
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit blockchain features or smart contracts.
  • Use the Services for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property Rights and Digital Assets

We respect intellectual property rights and ask you to do the same. You agree to our Copyright Policy and Digital Asset Policy.

8. Content and Tokenization

VBZ Content

All platform content, software, and intellectual property that is not user-generated belongs to VBZ or its licensors.

User-Generated Content

Users may upload content and optionally tokenize it on supported blockchains.

  • You must own all rights to the content being tokenized.
  • You define token holder rights through smart contracts.
  • You cannot revoke rights once granted through blockchain transactions.
  • Platform fees apply to tokenization and trades.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VBZ, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or use of blockchain features.

10. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES

  • UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE
  • BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK AVAILABILITY
  • DIGITAL ASSET VALUES OR LIQUIDITY
  • SECURITY OF USER WALLETS

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES
  • LOSSES FROM BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS
  • SMART CONTRACT VULNERABILITIES

12. Blockchain Network Disclaimers

VBZ.GG MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SOLANA OR ETHEREUM NETWORKS.

  • REVERSE, CANCEL OR ALTER ANY TRANSACTIONS
  • REIMBURSE GAS FEES FOR FAILED TRANSACTIONS
  • RECOVER LOST OR STOLEN DIGITAL ASSETS
